Downtown Eye Care is an Indianapolis eye care office with two optometrists and a retail optical shop for eyeglasses and contact lenses. Formerly known as Optical Dispensing Company, we have been providing professional eye care in downtown Indianapolis for over 20 years. Joan L. Frank is the owner of Downtown Eye Care and lead Doctor of Optometry.

Downtown Eye Care is on the first floor of the building at the northwest corner of Maryland Street and Meridian Street. Our entrance is on the north side of Maryland Street, directly across from Nordstrom and next door to the 14 West restaurant.

At Downtown Eye Care, you'll receive a thorough eye examination from optometrists Dr. Joan L. Frank or Dr. Mark W. Habig. Dr. Frank and Dr. Habig also handle the before-surgery and after-surgery care of patients who have laser eye surgery. Our very experienced opticians can fit you with contact lenses of any type, and we can help you determine which designer eyeglasses are best for you.
